All Skyshark planes carry a 1 year Crash-Free Guarantee 

Any kit or ARF purchased from us is guaranteed not to crash for 1 year from the purchase date. If you crash your plane for any reason during that time frame, you will be entitled to a replacement of that plane for 50% of the regular list price.

Conditions are as follows: 

You must be the original purchaser of the kit or ARF and the plane must be purchased directly from us. 

Customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges on the replacement plane. 

Plane must be destroyed beyond repair and customer must include a picture of the plane along with the warranty request. Warranty requests can be made by email or regular mail and must include the plane type, date of purchase, customer name, photo of the damaged plane, and a brief summary of the damage.

Limit is one replacement plane per customer, per initial purchase. (for each different plane you buy, you can receive up to 1 replacement  for that plane at ½ price) 

Replacement plane will be the same as the plane that was originally purchased. No substitutions will be allowed unless the original plane is no longer available.

Replacement plane must be purchased within one year of the original purchase. 

The guarantee does not cover any planes purchased from Skyshark dealers or auction site sales.
